Our Dental Hygienist

Zee has had a lot of experience and is a graduate of the Georgian College in Ontario. She enjoys her independence as a dental hygienist, and is concerned about the safety and the satisfaction of her clients. It means a lot to her to help them with their periodontal issues and informing them in terms of good oral hygiene instruction to help them manage for a very healthy mouth and perfect smile.

Chairside Assistant

Rae-anna has a lot of experience making sure the patient is well taken care of. She has joined our staff in particular because of the type of holistic and alternative practice Dr Ricketts has created. Rae-anna trully enjoys her position.

Reception and Scheduling
After completing a practicum for Dr. Ricketts Heidi stayed on because she wanted to work where she knows that patients feel good about their dental experience. Her main concern is when the patient comes in, that they are comfortable, at ease and that they feel well taken care of. Heidi tries her best to schedule appointments that work for You the patient.

Heidi is a soccer mom and ran a day-care center for 10 years prior and loved it.

Mirriam brings a valuable knowledge in the Biological practice of Dentistry, as treatment coordinator she has had prior experience and knowledge on how Biological Dental Practice differs in comparison to mainstream dentistry.
She provides needed information to patients in both areas of dental treatment and insurance coverage. Merriam's numerous years in the service industry both medical and dental help her clients in their queries.

She loves people and believes excellent service and interest in people,makes all the difference.
