Fiduciary Responsibilities
In the managing of its clientele's assets, CristalTimes S.A. assumes the role of a trustee, better known as a Fiduciary.
As a Fiduciary, CristalTimes S.A.strives to fulfill its obligations through;
- providing the utmost care to ensure that the client is provided with the maximum in protection and information,
- operating with integrity so as execute its duties with sound moral principle and character,
- honesty and duty of full disclosure of all material facts and knowledge which may influence the client and their decisions,
- an obligation of loyalty to operate solely in the best interest of the client,
- a duty of good faith which includes total truthfulness, absolute integrity and total fidelity to the clients interests
It is within these obligations, as Fiduciary, that Renfrew International shall always place the highest regard for the well being of the
client, ready to serve with the greatest of professionalism the needs of our clients.
