Micro
Radar Technology
Since Patent infringements are of primary concern in high technology-based
firms such as RCWD, the goal was to gain a strong legal coverage
of the technology. The broadband wireless transmission technology
is based on an oscillator with numerous lucrative applications.
Its pioneering
design has no wave-guides, and boasts the temperature stabilization
that most oscillators lack. With low cost as one of its major
advantages, the oscillator is expected to revolutionize all industries
that require stabilized oscillators, including radar, communications,
satellite systems, scientific instruments and computer industries.
In addition
to covering almost six times the spectrum of existing millimetric
wave oscillators, the newly filed patent disclosed three processes
that may be used to fabricate the transmitter. The patent covers
all technologies that may be used in fabricating microwave and
millimetric circuits. This is exclusive in that any attempts to
use these processes for these purposes will constitute paten infringements,
unless they are licensed to do so.
The Oscillator
Circuit, Varactor Controlled Oscillator and FMCW Radar Circuit
are covered by the following patent #'s:
6,094158
6,133,795
5,818,381
The countries
where these patents are secured include the USA, Europe, Canada
and Japan.
